By submitting your name and email address to express interest in or register for the Route 66 Centennial events (the “Events”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address and whether you are eligible to operate an automobile. This information is used solely for the purpose of communicating updates, news, and registration details regarding the Route 66 Centennial Events.
We Do Not Share or Sell Your Data: Your personal registration information will not be sold, traded, rented, or otherwise shared with any third-party marketers.
Data Security: We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Including GDPR and Global data compliance.
Your Rights: You may request to see the data we hold on you or request its deletion at any time by contacting us at mydata@route66token.com. We only have your name, email address and age range. And can be removed also by sending an email to unsubscribe@route66token.com or delete your app.

2. Participant Eligibility & Driver Qualifications

Participation is contingent upon meeting and maintaining the following criteria:
Age & License: You are of legal age to hold a valid driver’s license in your state/country of residence.
Driving Record: You possess a currently valid driver’s license and will maintain it for the duration of the Events.
Insurability: You must be able to obtain and maintain automobile insurance.
Eligibility Eligibility is contingent upon the absence of a criminal record, pending criminal charges, or any serious driving violations that could result in disqualification. Any exceptions to these requirements are subject to the sole discretion of the organizers.
Status Change Notification: You agree to promptly notify the Event Organizer if your status changes.

3. Code of Conduct & Event Rules

The Route 66 Centennial is a celebration built on community, respect, and shared passion. The Event Organizer reserves the sole right to disqualify or remove any participant from Events or communications for behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, offensive, or which negatively impacts the experience of others, including but not limited to:
Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory conduct.
Actions that endanger the safety of participants, staff, or the public.
Violation of local, state, or federal laws, including all traffic and road use acts (“Rules of the Road”).
Any conduct that tarnishes the spirit of the Event.
We strongly encourage all participants to help each other, act with courtesy, and promote a welcoming environment for everyone always.

4. Technology & Event Apps

To enhance your experience and provide smooth coordination, official Event information may be delivered through dedicated mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Use of these apps may be subject to additional terms and conditions as outlined within the apps themselves.

5. General Disclaimer

Participation in any Route 66 Centennial Event involves inherent risks associated with road travel, group activities, and public gatherings. You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Event Organizer is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from your participation.
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, or these terms and conditions at any time. Continued interest or participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Addendum
In connection with certain tasks, contests, competitions, or promotions within the Route 66 Centennial Events (the “Events”), rewards or prizes may be issued in the form of digital currencies. By participating in any such Event activity, you agree to the following additional terms:

1. Reward Form

Selected rewards may be distributed in the form of digital cryptographic assets (“Digital Currencies” or “Cryptocurrencies”). Specifically, rewards may be denominated in or composed of what are commonly known as the “Top 66 Digital Currencies,” as determined by the participants who make their own choices with reference to publicly available market capitalization rankings at the time of the award decision.

2. Valuation & Delivery

The approximate retail value of any Digital Currency reward will be determined at the time of award based on prevailing public market exchange rates. The Organizer is not responsible for fluctuations in value that occur after transfer. Delivery will be made to a digital wallet address specified by the winner, following verification. Winners are solely responsible for providing a valid, secure, and compatible wallet address.

3. Eligibility for Reward Receipt

To receive a Digital Currency reward, you must, in addition to all other Event eligibility requirements:
Acknowledge and understand the speculative and volatile nature of digital assets.
Possess the technical knowledge and infrastructure (e.g., a private digital or cold wallets) to receive, store, and secure digital currencies.
Comply with any know-your-customer (KYC) or other verification procedures required by the Organizers and/or Exchanges or its reward partners to comply with applicable laws.

4. No Warranty; Assumption of Risk

Digital Currencies are not legal tender, are not insured, and are not subject to the protections of governmental regulatory agencies. Their value is highly volatile. You accept any Digital Currency reward “AS IS” and acknowledge that the Organizer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its future value, functionality, or merchantability. You assume all risks associated with accepting, holding, and converting such assets.

5. Tax Liability

You are solely and entirely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, reporting, and liabilities associated with accepting and valuing any Digital Currency reward. The Organizer may be required to file applicable tax forms for rewards exceeding a certain value, and you agree to provide necessary information for such reporting.

6. Organizer’s Discretion

The Organizer’s decisions regarding the selection of winners, claimers, token drops, Play-to-Earn (P2E) Games, Content Creation & Microtasks, Learn-and-Earn Programs, staking, NFTs, the specific Digital Currencies awarded, their valuation, and all other matters related to the rewards program are final and binding.

Participation in Events with digital currency rewards signifies your understanding that these assets can be of higher risk than fiat currencies, their value can change dramatically, and you are solely responsible for their management, security, and tax implications. The Organizer facilitates the transfer as a reward mechanism only and cannot offer financial advice or guarantee of value.
Your information may be released only under court orders that strictly comply with the laws, to enforce and protect the rights, property and safety.
